123 Money Ltd , trading as 123.ie , is an Irish insurer with a registered office in Dublin. It sells personal insurance products online, including motor vehicle, home, health, soul, pet and travel insurance. It became a subsidiary of RSA Insurance Ireland Ltd. in 2010 and is governed by the Irish Central Bank. In 2012, he reported sales worth EUR91 million and 270 employees.

History
The company was founded in March 2000 by the insurance broker Dublin Derek Richardson. Acquisition by RSA
123.ie was acquired by RSA Insurance Group in July 2010 for EUR65 million. It has reported gross assets of EUR20m at the time. RSA guarantees the policies sold by 123.ie after the acquisition, and takes on its online infrastructure and physical offices. 123.ie continues to trade by branding its own name after the acquisition.
