Global One Lending is a residential mortgage broker based in Sacramento, licensed in the state of California, founded by Vietnamese-American businessman Robert Do and Quinn Dang in April 2003.

Global One Lending follows the multi-level marketing (MLM) business model. New loan agents are recruited by existing agents. Like typical MLM-based businesses, all agents earn commissions (from 36% or more of gross profit) on completed loans, and smaller commissions for loans completed by the agents they recruit.
There are several different ranks in the Global One hierarchy. Under the two founders are a group of managers, who in turn have their own watchdog groups, who are generally responsible for managing new recruits directly. Agents achieve higher rankings based on the number of closed loans and the number of new recruits.
Global One president, Robert Do founded Global One Lending as an extension of his small local real estate broker. Co-founder and CEO Quinn Dang, a financial planner, directs and oversees the day-to-day operations of business growth and gameplan expansion in various states.
